M365 — Email Setup on Phone (iPhone & Android)

1. iPhone — Mail App

1. Remove any existing LAcarGUY email account from the phone first.
2. Open the Settings app.
3. Tap the search bar → type Mail Accounts.
4. Tap Add Account.
5. Select Microsoft Exchange.
6. Fill in the fields:
   • Email:yourname@LAcarGUY.com
   • Description: LAcarGUY
7. Tap Sign In.
8. Tap Continue when prompted.
9. Enter your email password when asked.
10. Choose the items to sync (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, etc.).
11. Tap Save.
12. ✅ iPhone setup complete

2. Android — Gmail App

1. Open the Gmail app.
2. Tap your profile icon (top right).
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Tap Exchange and Office 365.
5. Enter your LAcarGUY email address (yourname@LAcarGUY.com).
6. Tap Next.
7. Enter your email password.
8. If prompted:
   • Select "Can't use Outlook app right now"
   • Choose Use verification code
   • Enter the 6-digit code you received
9. Tap Verify.
10. Tap Accept to grant necessary permissions.
11. Tap Done.
12. ✅ Android Gmail setup complete

3. Android — Outlook App

1. Open the Outlook app.
2. Tap your profile icon or go to Settings.
3. Tap Add account → Add an email account.
4. Enter your LAcarGUY email address (yourname@LAcarGUY.com).
5. Tap Sign in.
6. Enter your email password.
7. If prompted:
   • Tap "Can't use Outlook app right now"
   • Choose Use verification code
   • Enter the 6-digit code
8. Tap Verify.
9. ✅ Android Outlook setup complete
